REGISTERED SOCIAL WORKER | PLAY THERAPIST

Teresa is a Registered Social Worker and experienced Play Therapist with over 20 years of working alongside children and families. Born and raised in Hong Kong, she brings a deep cultural understanding and offers support in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, making her a strong bridge between families from diverse backgrounds.

Throughout her career, Teresa has supported children in family service settings, schools, and psychiatric clinics. She understands how overwhelming parenting can feel, especially when your child is struggling, and works with families to uncover strengths even in the hardest moments. Her gentle, strengths-based approach helps kids build resilience and confidence in ways that feel safe and empowering.

Teresa also has a love for creativity in her own life, and she brings that same playful, imaginative spirit into her sessions, whether it’s through art, storytelling, or play. Parents often say that Teresa makes both them and their children feel seen, supported, and more hopeful about the path ahead.
